About the Author
As a child, RACHEL HARTMAN played cello, lip-synched Mozart operas with her sisters, and fostered the deep love of music that inspired much of her award-winning debut novel, Seraphina. I love how they can sometimes have special elemental powers, such as ice, fire, ect.. These are powers I would like to have as well, and I want to be able to fly on one too 🙂

I like the colors of them and the fact that they can fly and breathe fire.
I love that dragons have such unique personalities depending upon the story they’re in. For example, I think the dragons in Seraphina have such fascinating personalities!

I love the idea of Dragons. The amount of possibilities that comes with writing about a dragon. You can make them appear like a hybride or you can go dragon like in Eragon.
The best thing about dragons is that they come in all shapes and sizes and colors, yet they’re all so magnificent and powerful and strong. Dragons are fierce and beautiful.

Dragons are basically massive, flying, fire breathing lizards and I think that’s pretty cool! Plus, I’ve always wanted to fly on the back of one. 😀
I love how powerful dragons are and how clever they are as well. And like dragons, I cannot help but get distracted by shiny things!
