YOUR VOICE IS ALL I HEAR
April won’t let Jonah go without a fight. He’s her boyfriend—her best friend. She’ll do anything to keep him safe. But as Jonah slips into a dark depression, trying to escape the traumatic past that haunts him, April is torn. To protect Jonah, she risks losing everything: family, friends, an opportunity to attend a prestigious music school. How much must she sacrifice? And will her voice be loud enough to drown out the dissenters—and the ones in his head?
About the Author
Leah Scheier is the author of Secret Letters, a historical mystery featuring the daughter of the Great Detective. What do you think about the cover and synopsis?
I like the cover although she does look sad. 🙁 I guess with a boyfriend with a mental illness she should be!
I really like the cover and the book sounds really interesting.
Looks like a really great read! Like the cover
both interesting
I love the cover and synopsis.

The cover is beautiful! I love the synopsis. The cover tells the story perfectly!!!
The girl looks like shes having a really serious talk about life and the chooses she’s made so far (in her mind) hmm.. Maybe it has something to do with the synopsis? (probably) well anyways the point is I like the cover and the synopsis because you can look at it and think different things
She looks so intense! I love this cover.
My favorite thing is the cover. It really gives off a tone that I like. 😀
the cover is not that unique but it is definitely catcher hope the book is as good as the cover tho
Very interesting synopsis and really like the colors on the cover!
I love the cover and the deli story! The synopsis makes me interested to read the whole story!
I love the cover art and cannot wait to read this book! As a middle school teacher, I read A LOT of young adult literature, and I especially like human interest. This book certainly sounds intriguing.
I’m not actually a huge fan of the cover just because I don’t like when people are used as models on book covers. It ruins the vision of the character that I have in my head. I do quite like the font on the cover, however, I’ve been seeing it on a lot of contemporary novels and it’s really pretty. The synopsis is really eerie and mysterious and sucked me in instantly.
The cover would not make me even pick up the book, but reading the synopsis and seeing that it deals with depression does make me want to read it.
