About the Author
Veronica Rossi is a New York Times bestselling author of fiction for young adults. She completed undergraduate studies at UCLA and then went on to study fine art at the California College of the Arts in San Francisco. She lives in Northern California with her husband and two sons. When not writing, she enjoys reading, painting, and counting down the minutes until she can get back to making up stories about imaginary people.

This cover is so very kickass I may never stop staring at it, unless of course, the book was in my hands and I suddenly came to my senses and realized I could also READ it, plus take copious peeks at the cover again, anytime I wanted. Just you and me, RIDERS. I’ve got a pretty serious cover-crush. I think we need to go steady.
But, that synopsis, tho. Holy crap. That is friggin’ amazeballs. I need, NEED this book. Please?

This is one of the best covers I’ve seen and the synopsis most definitely goes with it. I love that the Four Horsemen fail at a mission. What an amazing concept! This is a great synopsis. Very well done.

The cover is absolutely stunning! It compliments the synopsis with the fire, galloping steed, and dead tree in the background (or at least dormant for the winter).
