In my opinion, this is a wonderful book. I loved how the book was a flashback. Landon struck me as a very interesting character, and I enjoyed watching him grow and change throughout the book.
My favorite part of the book is when Landon asks Jamie to marry him. I cried so hard at the end of the book though. In the movie, though, she dies in the end, but in the book, it never really says. All in all, I found the book to be much much better than the movie that was based on it.
