If you are a fan of the ABC television series Alias and you haven't already bought this book... I don't even know how to finish that sentence. Just stop what you are doing, go to the store, and buy it.
This is by far one of the best and most thorough companion books that I have seen for any television show (or movie, for that matter). It is the official companion novel, which also makes a difference. The author was allowed access to behind-the-scenes information and photos that you often can't get from an "un-official" book.
The book also includes a companion DVD with cast interviews. However, my favorite part was the breakdown of the episodes. These included storyboards and nice little anecdotes I'm sure you can't find anywhere else.
For those who haven't seen the show, Alias is a television drama series that runs on ABC. It received the 2002 People's Choice Award for Favorite New Television Drama and was also nominated for a Golden Globe. It is touted as one of the best spy genre television shows to have come out in years and has a female protaganist (Sydney Bristow, as played by Jennifer Garner).
Whether you want to catch up on what happened in the series previously, or you just can't get enough information on the show, this book is for you.
