Overall I did enjoy this book. It lead the readers of Clares fisrt series The Mortal Instruments more of a look into the information of the world of the Shadowhunter life style. Also, because some of the characters in the original series are known to be mortal they show up again in this series of story.

I loved the writing style of Clare, and have enjoyed both series of books that she has written so far. But, after this two series are done, I hope that she might go on and write some other books that are not about Shadowhunters and other things that happened in this book series.

Good Points

I loved that Clare showes more details about the details of the Shadowhunter life style. I also loved the details that were included about the story and the characters.
