I have to say I really liked this book and was pleasantly surprised by how much it captured me.
Dawn of Rebellion is the story of two sisters trying to survive in a future world ruled by an evil government. Law breakers are sent to the colonies, which was once the United States, and now the base for the rebellion.
I liked the characters, Dawn and Gabby. They were extremely well written and complex, and the whole concept of the story was very original. The different POV's were a nice touch as well as it defined the different personalities of the sisters. The story is nicely paced, with plenty of action mixed in. Never a dull moment.
All in all it was a very good read and I look forward to the next book.
