This book is so completely adorable it's hard to figure out where to begin.

The story is about all our familiar monsters - such as Frankenstein, giants, dragons, trolls, even Nessie - and how all the children must go to school no matter which kind of monster they are. It's told in rhyme, which makes it that much better. Children's books that rhyme flow much better than ones that don't. This was just a pleasure to read out loud.
And the images!! They're vibrant and fun, keeping the eye from straying from the page. Books about school are usually a hit with kids, but this one goes further than that and is sure to become a favorite.

Final Verdict: A fun and engaging story with beautiful imagery and lyrical writing.
