Flash Facts edited by Mayim Bialik is a collection of ten stories that are not just fun but also educational. Each chapter is written by a different author, featuring a different topic such as forensic science and weather in graphic novel form. Rated for ages 7 and up, the typeface is easy to follow, the pictures are engaging, and when a scientific term is used, it is quickly defined in an age-appropriate way. The end of the book also includes several at-home science experiments that I am eager to try out. Flash Facts would be a wonderful addition to any classroom or at-home library.
