For the Love of Lettuce became my child's new favorite book with the first reading!

The illustrations are super fun and colorful. The compliment the story so well!
My son wasn't thrilled with the evil looking chickens, as he has some hens and they are complete sweethearts (lucky for him he's not a bug!)

The book is written in this fun way that allows for a ton of expression. The story itself is about adaptability and problem solving, told with the cutest little caterpillars.
