I'm a huge fan of THE DEMON TRAPPER'S DAUGHTER series. I was so excited to meet the author Jana Oliver at RWA Nationals back in July. When she promised the fate of Beck and Riley would be told in this book, I couldn't wait to get a copy!

Let's just say I wasn't disappointed!

This time around we find out the dark secret Beck's been carrying around with him. Master Trapper Stewart drafts Riley to go with Beck to South Georgia, to help him care for his dying mother. But there's a lot more going on then Beck has let on. More secrets are revealed in this very satisfying conclusion to this successful paranormal series.

There is so much to love about this series. The characters are multi-layered with flaws and strengths. Beck is a successful demon trapper but his past has been holding him back from the one thing he craves: love and acceptance. Riley is tough and can kick some mega demon butt but deep down inside she misses her father. Another character I love is Master Trapper Stewart with his Scottish brogue and his no nonsense approach to life and dealing with the demons of Atlanta.

I love Beck and Riley's on again/off again relationship, which has been through some very dark times. The chemistry between these two is very intense. Dark angel, Ori, is still in the picture too. This time around he's more chilling and dark. The scene where Riley is brought to Lucifer's presence is very haunting. It's then that she has to make a choice; whether to trust Beck and the Trappers or go on alone.

Fast-paced action with romance that goes through hell literally. The unique and at times punchy dialogue tantalizes readers, having them crave more. I know it did with me! The only disappointment I have is that this series is now over. Can't wait for any other works by Jana Oliver!
Good Points
