About the Book

About the Author

Emily Ross received a 2014 Massachusetts Cultural Council finalist award in fiction for HALF IN LOVE WITH DEATH. Her work has been published in Boston Magazine, Menda City Review, and The Smoking Poet. She is an editor and contributor at deaddarlings.com. She works as a software developer, and loves dark mysteries and anything noir. She lives in Quincy Massachusetts with her husband and her elusive cat, Beau.

I adore both the cover and the synopsis! The cover is so, so pretty and I am basically in LOVE with the 1960s setting! It sounds amazing!

The cover is somewhat whimsical and doesn’t quite fit the “thriller” described in the synopsis, but it is something I am interested in reading.
