JOP AND BLIP WANNA KNOW by Jim Benton is the first in a new graphic novel series for kids that tackles the burning questions every curious child is eager to know: can you hear a penguin fart on mars, did dragons really exist, and why do we need two ears to hear. This one is sure to have your child laughing out loud at the often times ridiculous but true facts.

What I Loved:
I am a big proponent of learning through entertainment. If you can tie information to a funny story or scenario, a kid is more likely to remember it in the future. This is what Benton does in the book. Jop and Blip are curious robots who tackle some of the weirdest questions. Remember no question is dumb, and they take that to heart, finding answers to every question that Jop comes up with during their day together.
The panels and text of the graphic novel are colorful and full of fun illustrations that pair well with the text. Easy to read and follow, this will be one that kids can devour on their own or with their parents.

Final Verdict:
I enjoyed this first installment in Jop and Blip Wanna Know More. It's informative while remaining funny and engaging for the targeted audience. Younger elementary aged children will enjoy Jop and Blip's adventures to find answers to their zany questions.
