A different take on Academy books with the main character as an alien from another planet, sent to observe humans. Things go well until she falls for one. A slightly weird but entertaining tale. I would recommend it
An enjoyable tale of a young woman who loses her sister and her sight to the Fae, but that is just the start of her troubles. Well written with a great main character. Highly recommended
Children are disappearing at a camp and coming back confused, with no memory of what happened. Abe, one of the counselors, sets out to discover the truth. This was an enjoyable story, it jumped straight into the mystery and kept me reading. I would recommend it.

Emily goes to work at Myth Management HQ where it is her job to help control mythical creatures. When she gets a mysterious message from an Oracle, it will turn her world upside down. The book was well written, entertaining and bizarre at times but in a good way. I...
Milla steals an armband and an identity which could put her to death if she is found out. She takes part in a competition with future tech that enables her to transfer her consciousness into an avatar. I really like the ideas in this story. Milla is desperate and only...
Brennan just wants to celebrate her birthday, but instead she is pulled into a fantastical world she never knew existed. The story was interesting as she got to grips with her powers and learned about her family legacy. I would recommend it.

Harper is sent to a magical Academy when she breaks the rules. She doesn't expect to end up with two shifters as her familiars. I thought that the main character was great and the story moved at a good pace. I would recommend it.
Elidi is a Goddess, or she will be when she ascends but to do that she must survive an attack from an enemy. I enjoyed the story, I think Elidi was an interesting character and the idea of Gods and Goddesses needing protectors in the form of wolf shifters was...

Cassie, Marley, Tyler and Eve were great characters with well developed backstories. I enjoyed the story, it did play out like episodes of a TV show. There was the occasional cheesy line and I didn't quite understand Christian's 'feelings' for Marley, but I liked the idea of...
The world the author has created was very varied and offered a fresh look at magical creatures. Rina was a great character, she is part of the magical community, but a lot of things are new to her, so we are seeing it for the first time through her eyes....
