To me, Dark Fire is the darkest book of the Last Dragon Chronicles. Everything about it is dark, darklings, dark fire and darkness. But all this darkness leads up to a bright conclusion that will blow you away.

I thought this book was the most confusing out of all of them as it kept switching between all the characters. And again, David Rain feels like a different person to who he was in the other books. In the first three, he was all innocent and didn't know anything, and now he is all knowledgable.

I feel that this book has the most exciting plot that is full of action. I think that this book was one of the best out of them all.
