I loved Willa Bean! She is cute, quirky, and funny. Little girls that are transitioning into chapter books will love Willa's story.

Willa can't figure out why her wings won't let her fly. She is worried when she starts Cupid Academy she will be the only cupid that can't fly. She tries and tries and it just doesn't work. Luckily, Willa figures out what has been holding her back, and it's been in her hair the whole time.

I'm looking forward to seeing what else this series will offer. I think I will take it to school and use it as a read aloud. I'm sure my students will love Willa's humor and how she speaks. The language is very kid-friendly which is sure to make this series a hit.
