LUNCHTIME AT THE ZOO is a cute board book that shows children what some of their favorite animals from the zoo might eat for lunch. We get to see pandas, anteaters, aracaris, bisons, sloths, and more! It teaches children some of their eating habits with a rhyming scheme that helps the text flow. The pictures are real ones instead of illustrations and the text pops off the page with crazy word art. I love the addition of emojis here and there because it adds a bit of humor to the book. Children will smile along while admiring the format where the illustrator doesn't miss a spot. The words are simple enough for young readers to give it a go!
Final Verdict: I would recommend this to children of all ages, babies and up, who enjoy animals. It's a fun book to read to them while watching their eyes light up.
