However, this book can give you a taste of what it's like and even give you some tips on how you can try and work your way up the entertainment career ladder.

Most of the tips are common sense, but some are more in depth. Lots of activities are included and if you go through the entire book, it will walk you through everything from how to hone your image to how to put on a stage production for your friends. You'll also find quizzes and advice from industry insiders.

I recommend this book primarily for girls aged 8 and up. Bright pink pages and engaging graphics will get them pumped up to try out the activities. This book won't really get you any closer to pop stardom, but for any young girl with stars in her eyes, it will be a lot of fun.
