Maniac Magee didn't see in color. He didn't undrestrand what it meant. He thought white was the most boringest color of all. He had thought this after moving in with the Beales at 728 Sycamore. He didn't think that the color the skin mattered to people, until the kids in the East End started to treat him differently while they played around the neighborhood. This part was my favorite part in this book.
