I was an elementary school teacher, principal, and superintendent in my 32-year public school career.

I taught graduate courses related to educational leadership and undergraduate and graduate courses related to literacy development for Michigan State University for 35 years.

I am contributing author to Teachers Collage Press book: The Power of the Social Brain (2013).

I am retired in my seventies and have always loved reading books for young people.
