I am the author of The Souls of Aredyrah, an epic fantasy series for young adult readers. As a child I gravitated to books about archeology and ancient cultures, which explains the imaginary world I write about today. I have won numerous awards for the Souls of Aredyrah series, and was acknowledged for my contribution to young adult literature by the Governor of Florida during the 2008 Florida Heritage Month Awards Ceremony. Books One and Two of the Aredyrah Series have been included in the Florida Department of Education’s Just Read Families Recommended Summer Reading Lists. The Souls of Aredyrah is my first series of novels for young adults. The Shifting of the Stars, the final book in the series, will be released in August 2013.
