Elizabeth Scott has got to be one of my favorite authors. That being said, this one felt like a disappointment.
Miracle, is a story about Megan, also known as Meggie, who becomes the lone survivor of a plane crash. Everyone thinks she is a miracle, and their inability to see who she really is quickly cuts her off from her friends and family. At first she doesn't remember the crash, but as time goes by she remembers more and more. Her memories haunt her, and she has a hard time adjusting back into her former life.
I think the story could have been better, but it ended too soon. There were too many unanswered questions, and the "romance" just barely got started, and then the story was over. We never figured out what was wrong with Megan's brother. Megan's life was never really fully explained either. Did she go back to school? Was she able to bring her grades up?
All in all, I liked the story, but it was too short. I will still read Scott's other novels, because I have liked so many before this one. But, this one wasn't my favorite.
