Its about Tim´s dad who works for the British Royalist and his older brother Sam believes in the Colonist. Sam and hi dad have an external conflict, because they both disagree with one another opinion. When Sam was after by the Royalist he took the gun from his dad and ran to the part and shot one of his dad´s commander. Sam then helped the Colonist fight the Royalist.

Although the father and son had problems, however, before Sam´s death he forgavided Sam and said that he´s proud of him because he stands up for his beliefs. At the end, Sam was blames by the two thieves for stealing his own cattle, Sam was killed by a firing squad. What made me interested and like this story was that even though that this Revolutionary War was to free the colonies from the British, it caused so much tension and violence between the people of both beliefs. It shows that it can occur even in your family.
