A humorous and clever story with a heartwarming ending, MY COUSIN MOMO tells the story of a very original flying squirrel visiting his cousins for the summer. The characters are very fun, and kids will see themselves in Momo's cousins as they berate him for not playing "right" and wanting to do "weird" things and listen to music they've never heard of. In the end, though, everyone learns to try something different and be open to new experiences.

With fabulous illustrations the characters are really brought to life on the page. The retro style and consistently unique color scheme keeps the reader's attention on the story. Zachariah Ohora really hits it out of the park with his latest picture book. MY COUSIN MOMO is a lovable story from start to finish! Young readers will want to spend their summer with Momo and hear the story again and again.
