Kids Fiction 324
The Greatest of Grandparents
(Updated: August 30, 2016)
Another beautifully illustrated book from Judi Abbot, this will take most kids into familiar territory spun into fun: spending time with grandparents.

This book appears to be set in Africa, though that doesn't much matter. The zebra family drives through a field along with an elephant on a scooter, a giraffe in the distance. And through the opening illustrations, a fun set of rhyming words appears, which continues throughout the book.

This little zebra has great adventures with the grandparents, and is spoiled, as so many grandchildren are. Perfect for parents to give to their children when they can't see their grandparents, or for grandparents to read with grandchildren. This book is sure to delight everyone.

Their time spent at the funfair's splash-splash ride is entertaining, the toys and baked goods and rocket building are all tremendous fun to see and read, but at the end, this book is about love!
