Hello my name is Brenda and I came to tell you what no talking is about. First as you can see the unshushables won't shush, they just keep on talking and talking, After a few days Dave and Lynsey decide to have a contest to see if girls talk more than boys, and the group that talks more will ge a big fat L on their forehead. The next day they started the contest and the teachers didn't mind them having a no talking contest.Next, I really loved the book beacuase Dave and Lynsey are always arguring to themselfs. Also how would you prove that girls talk more than boys. Finally, I would recommend this book to children 9 and up because smaller ages would not know how to read.I also think children that like funny childrens books , would be more interested in them. sometimes i think that andrew clements is a great childrens books writter and everybody should enjoy his books alot.

I love No Talking! No Talking is ab out how a boy(Dave) and a girl(Lindey) start a quiet commpetion at thier school. They get all the 5th graders to join with them. The commpetion 2 whole days! While some teachers are glad, some get mad!
First of all, some of the reasons I love No Talking are because it's exciting, hilarious, and different! I love the main charactors Dave and Lindey, especially I love that it teaches friendship and the honor code. The honor code was trusting each other to tell the truth. Those were some reasons why I love No Talking.
I'd recemmend this book to children 4th grade all the way to 6th and 7th grade. This book is great for teachers to read to thier students also. If you like funny realistic fiction chapter books by Andrew Clements, then No Talking is the book for you!!!

No Talking is about the fifth graders at Laketon Elementary, The Unshushables decided to have a contest to see who don't talk as much, they could only uses 3 words when a teacher ask them a question. All day for 2 days they can't talk even at home, but their plans change on them!!!!
The reasons I like it is because it was funny, cause they could only say 3 words. And you get to see what the teacher think of the contest, and you get to see who wins the contest!!!!
I would recommed this book to fifth graders, becaue they mit understand it more because the book is about the fifth graders of Lakton Elenmentary!!!!

This book is about two groups divided not by color but by gender. No one knows why they start the contest but them, maybe it's to prove who's better. Find out in NO TALKING!
I liked this book because it was Realistic Fiction with a hint of mystery. I also loved the ending.
I recomend this book to people who love competetive books. Also to teachers, and fifth graders.

No Talking Review

No talking is a great childrens book. The book is just so shocking in every chapter. You won't expect it in the book. If you haven't read the book you won't believe what             dave and linsdey.

There is really no reason  not to like this book it is such a good one. One of the main reason I like this book is because it is so easy to relate to the book because this takes place in elementary school. And i'm in the fifth grade. So it makes it easy to relate to.

Any body could read this book. But I would recommend it for fifth graders and people who love to laugh. This book could be realstic fiction. This is just a good book. This book is just something kids can relate to.
And that is my book review.

No Talking is a very good boook. Its about  a boy,Dave and a girl  Lynsey and they have a NO TALKING contest. One whole day with no talking! Nowhere!Which ever side wins boys against girls gets to write and L on there forehead.
These are some reasons why i like the book. One reason is because its an exciting book. Also because its a page turnning book that will keep the reader reading. another reason is that its an entertaining book. thats why i like the book.
I would recommend this book to kids around 4-6 grade. A kid who likes humor. Someone who would like to hear about a NO TALKING  contest boys against girls.
