This book called No Talking is about Dave and other 5 grade boys have a contest with linzy and the other 5 grade girls to see who can talks more boys or girls who will win?           .  The books mostly funny because some of the parents yell at the kids when they dont talk to them and only have use three word sentencess hard right. I believe kids would laugh at it, good for ages 9 and up, plus good for grades 3 -5. So read this good book!

Well No Talking has been 1 of my favoite books we've read in class so, I'll some it up for you.No Talking is a book By: Andrew Clemets and, it's a story about.... Dave Packer and Lindsey Burgess have a contest to see who can go without talking for 2 whole days! But then the whole entire 5th grade joins in,but don't let the principle Mrs .Hiatt  know she's the principle of Laketon Elementary.Find out more when you read the book!

Me personally I loved the book! Andrew Clements has really outdone himself! I like it because... I'm really interested in Realistic fiction books! Another reason is it's funny!A book is not a book unless it's funny! When Dave yells at Mrs.Hiatt ha ha ha!

I would recommend this book to people all ages above 7. I think people who like realistic fiction books would like this one because it's hilarious, very well detailed and you might could start a contest of your own!

Have you ever heard of No Talking?Well I will tell you about it.It is about a girl named Lynsey and a boy named Dave. They talk way too much.So they decied to go head to head in a boys aginst girls contest. And they can only use three words to anwser a teacher.
The reason I liked this book is it made me laugh, the second is it was fun to see Dave and Lynsey go head to head. And finnally,I liked how they could only use three words.
I think if you like Relistic Fiction you would like this book.Next,it is for 8-12 ages only. And finnally, Its for if you like Andrew Clements.I hope you enjoyed the book as much as I did.

We have been reading No talking and it is a very funny book because the teachers get involed in the contest with the children.I like this book because the fifth graders have the nickname the UNSHUSHABLES.
The part we did not like is that nobody got a L on their head.I this book you will see who talks the most boys or girls. We dont know who won the contest in the book.
I recommend this book for people who like funny books. I recommend this book for 4-7 graders and even older people.

No talking is a book review about a no talking contest between girls and boys in 5th grade. The contest leaders were Dave and Lyndsey. Some of the contest rules were, no talking, you had a limit of 3 words to answer a teacher, and that you had to use the honor system to keep score at home.

No Talking is about 5 grades having a no talking contest. No Talking is also about Dave and Lisdney having a contest. A no talking contest. if one of  lose the winner will mark a ''L'' on the loser head.

I like the book because there is a contest and I like a good contest. The book has a lot of peace and quiet. Out of all of this do you think the contest is going to be a tied?

I recommend this book for kids 8-13. I also recommen this book for 5-6 grades. I also recommen this book for kids who love to read a lot.

                                              The Silent 5th Grade
No Talking is about 5th graders that make a no talking contest, against boys and girls. The boys and girls form an alliance with the teachers. The boys and girls could only say three words a sentence. Lindsey and Dave were the first ones to start the contest. They are the leaders to start 5th grade girls and boys.                   I liked the book because it was funny how the teachers, parents, and students reacted to the no talking contest. I also like chapter books. The last thing I liked about the book is that it was about a contest where you dont talk at all only three words a sentence and I wanted to see who would win.     I recommend this to ages 6 to 106. I recommend to people who like funny books. I give this book 5 stars. This book is a very interesting book and i hope you like it too.

Dave and Lynsey had a no talking contest for a full two days and could only say three word sentences to adults. We also like the book because it was written by Andrew Clemants.

We liked the book No Talking because it was funny and Lynsey reminds us of Anika because she talks alot but not that much. We alos liked the book because it has short chapters.

We recommend this book to people who like chapter books.people who like books with twists and turns, and young kids.

The book is about no talking is allowed it is boys against girls in the fifth grade classes. When the teachers ask a question 3 words are only allowed.  The fifth graders were very competitive.
Reason I like or disliked the book was because it was really hirlarlous and the kids would not stop the contest they did not talk. Another reason is because you thought they would do something and they didn't
