I can't give enough cheers for this book! Open Road Summer was one of the most enjoyable books I have read so far this year.

What I loved: Matt. Finch. I don't really think I need to say more...but I will. Seriously, as awesome as Matt is, I loved the friendship between Reagan and Lilah most of all. These two girls mean everything to each other and it's awesome to see how they depend on each other throughout the book. The premise of this book is what initially hooked me--country star, summer tour...amazing! Emery Lord weaves a fantastic plot with well-written characters and once I started reading, I couldn't put this book down.

What Left Me Wanting More: Nothing, this was everything I hoped it would be.
