Pete's Big Lunch (Pete the Cat)

I am a huge fan of all Pete the Cat books, so I was delighted to find out that they would be releasing an early reader series as well. I knew my son and my students would enjoy them!

What I loved: Even in this different format, Pete the Cat is still groovy. My six year old and I were laughing a lot as Pete made his big sandwich. Along with being cool, Pete's stories always leave the reader with a simple but important message. Pete's Big Lunch reminds readers that sharing is cool.

Overall, emergent readers will enjoy the illustrations, large print, and rich sight word text. This is a definite hit for all Pete the Cat fans!
