I haven't read the first book in this series so it took me a couple of chapters to get into the story. Once I did, I found a fun, light-hearted story about Desi who subs for royalty around the world. Desi works for Facade, a company that helps royalty "take a break" when they need to. When she is called for a job she takes over the life of that princess and must behave and act the way that person does. Who wouldn't want a job where you get to travel around the world and play princess for a few days?

I liked the humor in the story. Desi is smart and witty and it is fun to watch her figure out her powers as the story goes on. I also really liked Reed, I can't wait to see what happens with him in the next book. It turns out that there are more mysteries and secrets involved with Facade than Desi originally thought. If you are a fan of fairy tales or just like a quick fun read, I recommend picking this series up. I'm going to go back and read the first book and await the final book in the series which comes out in June 2012.
