We loved this book!
The Rocket Says Speak Up! was a fun and important read. Rocket's local library is closing and she wants everyone to SPEAK UP to save it.
The author chose a topic that is relatable to many, and put real emotions into the main character. Bryon didn't shy away from the disappointment that children, or anyone really, would feel when there has been no change, but helps drive the point home of not giving up.

The illustrations were vibrant, with some pages being "busier" than others, but not in a negative way.

Rocket Says Speak Up is a wonderful book about advocacy and using your voice!
