Elmo works at a restaurant with Grover as the chef. All the specials rhyme and every customer must order in rhyme to get any food. A customer is upset about this at first, and tries to order many things only to be told (in rhyme) the reasons why he can't have those (It's awful, they're out of it etc.) Finally, he gives in and orders in rhyme, but by then, Elmo is busy chasing a lost puppy down the street. It's silly and fun.
