TAXI, GO! is an exuberant, rhyming picture book that follows a taxi around town. The taxi is traveling through town with key moments of stop and go, picking up passengers, at red/green lights, and all over town. The little taxi has a busy day!

What I loved: This is a cute and delightful picture book. The adorable, anthropomorphized taxi car has lot to do, and it is excited to do them. The story takes the reader around town as the taxi picks up passengers and takes them to their locations, including visits to the airport, a children's soccer game, and more. With emphasis on the words "stop" and "go," young readers can begin to identify these key terms. Rhyming text adds to the charm of the story.

The illustrations are fantastically detailed and full of color. A diverse cast of people throughout adds to the charm of the story. With the rhyming text and quickly turning pages, this is a story that will work well for older toddlers and preschoolers, who can begin to chime in with saying "stop" and "go" along the way.

Final verdict: An exuberant and joyful story, TAXI, GO! is a rhyming picture book that is sure to charm toddlers and preschoolers.
