Even though I read this book when I was in 4th grade and watched the movie, I reread Narnia: LWW last year, and I was in love.

This book may have been written for children, but it truly is a classic. The plot is based off the best event in history. The characters in this plot are exciting, round, and, best of all, something that we might have imagined when we were younger. I felt like my childhood imagination came back to life. On top, I respected and saw myself in the characters. Edmund-mischievous; Susan-the skeptic; Peter-the oldest; Lucy-simplistic mind.

I'm not sure what made me love this book and the rest of the books of this series so much, but go read the book to find out!

This is the (well-known) story of four siblings who find a new world - entering it through a wardrobe in an otherwise deserted room. In this world they learn that 4 humans - two girls and two boys - what they are are prophecized to end the winter reign of the cruel White Witch, and with the help of Aslan the Lion god-like figure in this world, they set about to do just that.

I read this as the second book in the series and have also read the third. I liked the other two better simply because I didn't know those stories. The movies I've seen of this book do a pretty good job maintaining accuracy so there were few surprises though it was nice to be able to go right into the story knowing the characters. It's a good read and does make me laugh out loud on occasion, though the jargon the children adopt after becoming queens and kings irked me a little. It's a nice modern fairy tale.

This book is a must read fantasy. The movie is a must see. It actually stuck to the book. If you aren't religous, its okay to read too, because even though people say there's a religous reference, I don't really think there is, but I would'nt know. I wasn't offended by its "religiousness" because I didn't read any. This is a great book.

These Daughters of Eve and Sons of Adam are Susan, Lucy, Peter, and Edmund, but can four young children save an entire realm? And when one among these four betrays the other three, can the rest still stay together? When the traitor is the one hurt, will the other three come to the rescue?

The children meet Aslan the lion who will aid them in defeating the White Witch and ridding Narnia of the eternal winter. But will they succeed? In this battle of Good vs Evil, who will win? Can the children and Aslan and the forces of Good defeat the cruel Witch and her forces of Evil?

This was a fantastic book that I would recommend to people of all ages! Their a important lessons woven into the story wonderfully. This was a fantastic adventure with betrayal, loyalty, bravery, friendship, and action!

I think this sequal is very good. All of the kids have livley personalities. But it is also very serious. I can't wait for the movie. The Wite Witch seems very, well evil. I like The Chronicles Of Narnia because as long as you know there is another world it doesn't matter if you read them in order. Even though I highly sugjest not reading the last first. But this whole series is amazing. READ THEM ALL!

I gave this book a four because it did get boring in some places!

The World of Narnia....
where animals speak, druids exists, and an evil witch-queen reigns over this winter Wonderland...(except it really isn't a wonderland after all...)
Four brothers and sister discover this magical place unexpectedly. One is lured into the grasps of wicked witchen and the other three must rescue him from her castle. And of course, along the wyay, there is a turkish delight, beavers, exotic creatures and talkative animals.
This the second book in a dazzling classic.

It all starts in a closet and beyond that is a world seen by few people other than Lucy. She brings along her siblings and Edward is entranced by the White Witch whose evil reigns over Narnia. With help from the magical creatures Lucy, Peter, and Susan are able to save Narnia and return it to the glorious state it was in originally.

It begins with a war, and ends with a rush! I just re-read this book so let me tell you about it while it is fresh in my mind...
(oldesst to youngest:)There are four children named Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy, and they have to go away for a while so that they can be safe from the war. When little Lucy discovers a mysterious room with nothing but an old wardrobe in it, their adventure really begins.
At first, when Lu discovers the hidden, magical world inside, she meets a faun and befriends it.
When she returns no one will belive her at all; that is, untill Edmund finds out about it too.
He meets the White Witch (who has taken over Narnia and cast a horrible spell that makes it always winter, but never Christmas.) Soon the whole group is together and they meet a couple of very friendly beavers...talking beavers! As a matter of fact; all of the animals can speak.
Well, that is all I have time for, and I promise that there is alot more of a plot, but I do highly recomend this thrilling story!
