This is is the kind of book you can’t put down. One mystery after the other, Janie is trying to figure out her unclear past. One typical day at school, turns out being the most important of Janie’s life. She finds her face on the milk carton and realizes that the past years of her life are all a lie. Along the way she finds love, despair and confusion.

I really loved this book! There was never one boring chapter or a point that went on and on. Caroline B. Cooney did a good job of keeping the suspense throughout the book. The only thing you need to be careful of (and I didn’t enjoy) is there are some suggestive parts throughout the book. I would not recommend this to younger readers. Overall though, this book kept me on my toes and is one of my personal favorites.

This book is soooo awesome. I like it because it comes in a series. It is romantic and mysterious at the same time. The character is very selfish but in the meantime... in love and in curiosit. I recommend this book to anyone that loves mystery and romance books. This book is actually true and very cool!

I really hope that you enjoy it! This book has many characters just like us. Keep reading the series to stick with the same books that you love! I hope you al will enjoy "The Face on the Milk Carton"

This book was so creative and mysterious that I had to read the next book in the series called Whatever Happened to Janie? I just finished that book now and they both are awesome!! Now I'm gonna start the Voice on the Radio, which I bet will be as good as the first two books I read! Keep writing good books Caroline!!

A photograph of a missing girl on a milk carton leads Janie on a search for her real identity.
she sees a picture on a milk carton, and is stunned--it is a picture of herself at age three. Could the loving and caring people who claim they are her parents have kidnapped her? Where are her real parents, and who is she really?

This is a really good book I just got done reading is one sitting! I think everyone will love this book!
