What I Loved:
Children will enjoy the storyline of two adventurous kids sneaking into a firetruck and then being accidentally taken to the scene of a fire. The illustrations are fun, especially when the kids are covered in colors and filth. It's short and to the point, which is great for younger readers.
What Left Me Wanting More:
No details are given about the inside of the truck or the hose or the way things looked/worked while fighting the fire, and I know my boys love to learn things like that. I would've liked just a few details to help them really see the entire thing.
