I don't have much to say on this book because I didn't finish it as I borrowed it from school, at the end of last year, so I had to return it before I could finish it. But the parts that I read, it was no where near as good as the last three books. I liked some parts, like the dragons, but I still thought it wasn't that good.

In the end if the series, romance is starting to bloom, the characters have developed immensely, and the real truth behind Daine's past becomes clear.

I liked how this book was set in the Divine Realms, but it wasn't like how I thought it was. It was terribly confusing, and I didn't understand it all that well.

During a dire battle against the fearsome Skinners, Daine and her mage teacher Numair are swept into the Divine Realms. Though happy to be alive, they are not where they want to be. They are desperately needed back home, where their old enemy, Ozorne, and his army of strange creatures are waging war against Tortall.

Trapped in the mystical realms Daine discovers her mysterious parentage. And as these secrets of her past are revealed so is the treacherous way back to Tortall. So they embark on an extraordinary journey home, where the fate of all Tortall rests with Daine and her wild magic.

Though, if you loved the books before this, then I think that you will enjoy this very much.
