Suze's story continues in the second book of the series, as a waif-like ghost appears to her, pleading for Suze to tell "Red" he didn't kill her. After the ghost leaves, Jesse (Suze's gorgeous ghost-in-residence) points out she neglected to ask the stranger spirit's name. OOPS.
The plot quickens when the Red in question appears to be the father of Tad Beaumont, the hunk who seems destined to be Suze's first real date. Soon yet another ghost drops by to warn Suze not to mess around with Red Beaumont--and Suze knows this ghost has her best interests at heart because it's her dad.
Yet another totally enjoyable story with the likeable and funny Suze to root for. The plot features many twists and turns (the one at the end is a DOOZEY--I never saw it coming, yet all the hints were there. Extremely well done!) I'm so glad there are four more books to devour in this series!
