The Sisters had me hooked by page 1 and I couldn't put it down. It became a slight addiction. This psychological thriller is reminiscent of Single White Female and Girl on a Train. It is the perfect combo if you are looking for a fun, entertaining, read that you cannot put down. My one warning would be- make sure you are prepared to not put this book down. I tried and found myself more focused on what was going on in the book than getting work done.

Claire Douglas tells the story in multiple narrations. As a reader you are getting bits and pieces of the events that are happening from different points of view. It is hard to tell who is telling the truth, who is in denial, and who might be absolutely crazy. My loyalties to characters kept switching and this made me absolutely love this book. Douglas weaves all this into a very well written, intelligent plot. She never talks down to the reader but instead throws you deep into the waters. The struggle is real but a fun one.

Pick this book up and enjoy!
