I guess it's hard to go to a book site and not rate Twilight and The Hunger Games in this day and age. So here goes my opinion on Twilight by Stephanie Meyer.
Twilight was thought to be a new concept when it first came out. Vampires, and love? Could love conquer one vampire's need to feed off of the most delicious smelling blood ever? According to Meyer, love can conquer anything. If a lion and lamb are in love, then they will indeed stay in love. And from that point, I can't rate twilight badly.
The only real problem with Twilight are the annoying fan clubs. Some people just got too into the idea of vampires.
I really liked Meyer's comparisons and the different characters. Although it did seem kind of weird to me that Edward just out of nowhere seemingly fell in love with Bella upon meeting her.
