The Warriors Field Guide: Secrets of the Clans lives up to its title, it explains secrets about all the clans, and makes clear some of the motives behind the clans.

This book explains where the warriors live, and cats from different clans tell you a deep report on each clans territories, and some stories about that clan. There is also a list of herbs for you to memorize, the Warrior code for you to stick to, and it even contains a short fighting technique for you to teach your cat. There are also maps to provide an easier way to see where the cats live.

This book teaches you more about the clans themselves, not the cats themselves. You learn so much more through this book, and you learn everything from this short guide. This book is a refresher is you have forgotten some things, and clarifies the confusing parts of the series, making the whole warriors thing clearer.

This book is not good reading material as it is not about the story, but more about facts about the story. Be warned, this is a guide, not a story book.
