what would you do when you best friend died in the next minute..and didnt even know why he died or how?..would you kill yourself..only you know..but you dont know what Morgan thinks. or do you? read the book to find out. i would recommend this book because it shows you should live every second of your life to the fullest and to always love what you have. i loved this book.

I think pitch black is a wonderful book b/c i think most teens go through a time in their life where they just feel like giving up and taking their own life. I read pitch black and then passed it on to one of my best friends and she loves it i plan to read all of the true colors books!!!!!

Pitch Black is a very well written book. It is very touching to the heart.

Her best friend Jason has just comitted suicide. She doesn't know how to cope with this and comes very close to taking her own life. That is until she finds a friend that will never leave her, someone that will always be there for her, someone she can trust with her own life.

Very good read!

Morgan's best friend Jason killed himself during the book Morgan tries her best to cope and almost takes her own life but then something happens and things start to look better for Morgan but will they always stay that way?
