"All-American Girl" is an awesome book, starring the hilarious Samantha Madison, a girl who's just like us (except for the fact that she saved the president's life and was appointed teen ambassader.) She's misunderstood, has a crush on her sister's boyfriend (uh oh!), and is freaked out by her newfound popularity. Sounds crazy? It is, but things only turn worse when she starts hanging with the president's son (who happens to have a crush on her). Who will she choose, her sister's boyfriend or the president's son? Find out by reading "All-American Girl!"

This was an awesome book! I could not put it down and cannot wait to read the second one! I could really relate to some of the things Samantha was feeling and it was funny too! I would recommend this book to just about anyone!

Samantha will keep you laughing with her failed attempts to escape her conscience and lists of reasons why this or that. Lucy is uproariously funny and is totally a dumb blonde (no offense, i'm blonde too) and I love how she doesn't figure out that David is the one for her, not Jack! Between art lessons and breaking her arm and falling in love with the First Son, Samantha may think her life is over, but I think it's just beginning.

this book was so great to read. I live near washington d.c. just like Sam Madison. she potrays that not everyone needs to be all shiny and perfect to be a hero. she was just in the right place at the right time. meg cabot really knows how to write a book that keeps you on the edge of your seat! i hope it becomes a movie. it was brilliant in every way and i loved reading about all the secret info about the white house

All-American Girl, has a little bit of everything. The main character, Samantha, is in love with her popular sister's boyfriend; is being forced to take art classes in result of selling celebrity portraits at school; saved the president's life; and thinks the presidents son may be in love with her. This book has so much going on, but yet isn't completely un-realistic.

I love this book because it is so much fun. Samantha's life is like what every teen wants hers to be like! If you like any of Meg Cabot's other books, or the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants series I think you'll love this book.

All American Girl is another great book by Meg Cabot. Sam was just an artistic teenager, but after saving the President, she became well-known throughout the world, and her life changes. Read this book to find out what happens to Sam.

Meg Cabot is a really great author. She never disappoints me.
I read this book when it first came out a while ago. I was a cute story about a girl who dates the presidents son. Even though I'm no longer a teen, I still enjoyed reading this book.
I just bought the sequal yesterday. Can't wait to start it.

Fun, fun, fun, fun, fun! Quirky, different characters that thrill you all the way through - to a never-ending hilarious plot...

How could anyone ever know that saving the President would lead to love, and trouble around the corner?

If you enjoyed Meg Cabot's 'The Princess Diaries' and/or 'Teen Idol', you HAVE to read this one - it's as good, as funny, and as powerful as fiction stories can ever get.

Recommended!
