This book is rely tens and amacing. The story talks about luke wich is the third chiled that is hiden because if they find him the population police will kill him or have his parents pay a fine. I think that it is tens because luke has no friends ,nonormal life , and has to risk hi life to see a gril that is a third chiled too.Her name is Jen and her fader works for the population police wich works only to find third kids. Butover all it is one of the most wonderful books that I have read.
