Best and Buzzworthy 2017 puts a year’s worth of pop culture into a colorful, well organized, and entertaining read.
From the musician with the most MTV music video awards (Madonna) to the highest paid celebrity on television (Jim Parsons), the tallest tree house (and the tallest sandcastles) in the world, there is something here for everyone—young and old. Readers will find sections on musicians, actors and actresses, the craziest ways to travel, super structures, techie gadgets, feats of the animal kingdom, the marvels of the earth, little know facts about the states in the US, and let’s not forget the sport’s arena.
While the pop-culture information is entertaining, the sections on Science and Nature, History (did you know the Great Sphinx was carved from a single block of stone?) and Engineering is also educational.
Recommended for teens and tweens, but I would also recommend Best and Buzzworthy for those of us older people who like to keep up with trends (because we’re all still young at heart).
If you’re looking for a record of the biggest and best moments in recent pop culture, Best and Buzzworthy 2017 has it all.
