I personally liked this much better than the first book. I found Evermore to be too much like Twilight and not original enough. I was hesitant to read Blue Moon at first, but I'm glad I did. This book is definitely more interesting. There was more explanation.There was also the addition of a few new intriguing characters. It was less predictable.
If you were discouraged by the first book, as I was, you will not be disappointed by the sequel.

A book full of surprises, I really like it. It was great.
It has the perfect combination of love, suspense, intrigue and all that makes it wonderful.
I absolutely think it was awesome, and I was completely absorbed by the letters, I was almost yelling: -Listen to Rain, Ever, donÂ´t trust in him!!, but... well weÂ´ll see what happens now.
I canÂ´t wait to read Shadowland
