I picked this book up at our school book fair and I'm so glad I did. The rhyming is fun and the text isn't overwhelming, which makes it perfect for young readers. We read this as a class and when we were finished, the kids were begging me to read it again. They loved seeing what Camilla's cupcake would turn into next. This would be a fun sotry to use for a writing activity in your classroom.

This book has a great message about team work and perseverance. If you have a sweets-lover in your house, I highly recommend this story.
