** spoiler alert ** I liked the different twists in this story. In the end Octavia turns out to be the bad guy, it surprised me. Most books about Cleopatra make Livia the bad guy. It made sense tho. Octavia's husband left her for Cleopatra and why would Selene later name her daughter after Livia if she was so bad. This book was really good for someone who enjoys the life of Cleopatra and her children.
