I was delighted when I first opened this book up. First, because I have a little boy who is almost 5 and I knew this would be a book that he could "read" and be successful with. Second, because the pictures are just delightful. Valorie Fisher uses a variety of toys (many vintage inspired) and images to create photos with a lot of color and depth.
This is a great resource for your preschooler. I actually referred to it as a preschool encyclopedia. The book features sections on counting, shapes, colors, and opposites, just to name a few. I plan on putting this one in my classroom library as well because I think children at a variety of ability levels can enjoy and be successful with this book.
I hope you get this chance to pick this book up and share it with your child, I think you will both enjoy it.

Good Points
This is a book very appropriate for preschool aged children. The pictures in this resource are incredible.
