Fans of the Fancy Nancy books (and new readers as well) will love this collection of six classic Fancy Nancy stories. Each story presents scenarios that young readers can relate to (staying up past bedtime and paying for it the next day, struggling to do a school assignment with a student you don't know well etc.). Each story also introduces young readers to several new vocabulary words and includes both a contextual definition as the word is used (along with the occasional pronunciation guide) but also a glossary of "fancy" vocabulary words at the end of the story. Filled with lively, colorful illustrations and simple stories that always teach a lesson, this is a book parents and kids alike will treasure.
